Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request upon availability. There is additional charge depending on the room type and time of the season.
Q: Do you offer airport shuttle service?
A: Yes, we provide airport shuttle service for our guests and by booking directly with us for more than 6 nights you are entitled to complimentary transfers. Please inform us of your flight details at the time of booking or contact our front desk to arrange for pick-up and drop-off.
Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
A: There are some parking spaces just 50 meters away from the hotel.
Q: Are pets allowed in the hotel?
A: We understand that pets are part of the family. However, we do not allow pets in our hotel, with the exception of certified service animals.
Q: What amenities are included in the room?
A: Our rooms are designed to provide utmost comfort and convenience. Each room is equipped with amenities such as Air Conditioning units, a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a fridge, a safe, hair dryer, telephone and kettle. The larger room types also have kitchenettes with appliances, a microwave and toaster. Additionally, our hotel offers a fitness center, swimming pool, and on-site restaurant for our guests’ enjoyment.

A: Our front desk is available 24 hours a day. You can reach us by dialing the front desk extension from your room phone 1000 or by visiting the reception area. We are always ready to assist you with any queries or requests you may have during your stay.
Q: Do you have pool towels?
A: In response to your question, we don’t provide pool towels at the hotel, so we suggest you bring your own or purchase new ones from the nearby stores.
Q: Can we have a baby cot in our room?
A: We can provide you with a baby cot in the room and there are no extra charges.
Q: What kind of meals do you serve at the buffet?
A: Buffet dinner Greek and International main courses including salad and hot & cold dishes followed with fruit and dessert. In each buffet meal, we provide different kinds of cooked vegetables, fresh salads, fish, 3 or 4 kinds of meat and daily specialities like pizzas and international dishes.
Q: Would it be possible to arrange a birthday cake for us?
A: We understand how important this is for you and so we will make sure to prepare a birthday cake and we’ll bring it out to you during dinner. The birthday cake will be complimentary from the hotel.
Q: Can we book directly with the hotel for a better rate?
A: Absolutely! Booking directly with our hotel can often provide you with the best rate and exclusive benefits. By booking directly through our official website or contacting our reservation team, you can take advantage of special promotions, discounted packages, and loyalty program perks that may not be available through third-party booking platforms. Additionally, you will be entitled to FREE airport transfers if you book for 6 nights or more.
